Refund Policy

Boratech Solutions Ltd (Company No. 16384649, registered in England and Wales) develops and operates several products. This page explains how to ask for a refund for any of them.

Where to send your refund request

You can contact the support team of the product you bought, or contact Boratech directly. Either way, your request is handled by our team and checked at company level.

What to include

• The product name
• Your account email, licence key or order reference
• The date and amount of the payment
• The reason for the request

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 1 working day.
• We check the request against the refund terms of the product. If you contacted Boratech directly, we coordinate with the product team for you — you don't need to contact them separately.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, normally within 5 working days.
• If we cannot approve a refund, we explain why in writing.

Before opening a dispute

If something is wrong with a purchase, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly, and a refund through us is usually faster than a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
