Scope

This policy applies to the boratech.uk website and, together with each product's own terms, to Boratech products and services. Where a product publishes its own acceptable use terms, those terms take precedence for that product.

Prohibited uses

You must not use Boratech websites or services to:

• Break the law, or facilitate illegal activity of any kind, in any jurisdiction that applies to you or to us.
• Send spam or other unsolicited bulk communications, or distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material.
• Attack, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or network — ours or anyone else's — including denial-of-service attacks, port scanning of third parties, and credential abuse.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or misuse confidential information.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or distribute content that is unlawful to distribute.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate Boratech or its products.
• Interfere with or circumvent security, rate-limiting, or abuse-prevention measures.

Fair use of resources

Our services are operated on shared infrastructure. Usage that materially degrades service quality for other users — such as automated scraping at abusive rates or resource exhaustion — is not permitted.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to our websites or services for breaches of this policy, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required. Where practical, we will notify the affected user of the action taken.
